I appreciate people who are grounded in the roots of their culture. I mean, some people’s idea of ‘culture’ is the fuzzy stuff that grows on the old food in the fridge. Not so Smallman. These guys bring the sound of their people; drop it an octave; beef it up and amplify it. Anyway, it’s New Year’s eve and I’ve got a party to go to and I’m taking Smallman with me.
